Christmas Shipping and Returns Policy
For Christmas delivery, make sure to order by 14th December 2018.
All orders made between 20th November 2018 and 5th January 2019 have an extended returns policy until 31st January 2019. Providing items are unopened and in resalable condition, you will get a full refund.
Due to the busy period closer to Christmas, orders may be delayed. All packages are fully tracked and/or require a signature, you can always refer to the tracking code given in your shipping confirmation email for the progress of your order.
We also provide gift receipts! Tell us whether your order is a gift in the Cart and we will include a gift receipt with your order with the prices excluded. We can also handwrite a gift message at no extra charge your request. If your recipient would like a refund, the refund will go back to the original buyer's account as we do not currently offer store credit. Item(s) must be unopened and in a resalable condition.

We ship to addresses in the UK for now, but we plan to expand for the future!
When you place an order with us, you will have a choice of flat rate options:

We use established couriers such as Hermes, Royal Mail, UKMail, and DHL. Every order is fully tracked so you can know exactly where your parcel has been and when it is expected to arrive. Allow 1-2 working days for our team to process your order.
We cannot always guarantee next day delivery as there may be factors out of our control concerning the courier. However, we work diligently to make sure you get your box in gift condition and on time, and our deliveries have a high success rate. You can always fully track your package via your account or courier confirmation email.
We want you to love our gift boxes! If you are not happy with your box, feel free to contact us. You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you have a PayPal account, they can cover your returns postage costs. Just activate the service here. Please notify us of any discrepancies or faults within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How to make a Return
Login in to your account and go to 'View My Completed Orders' and follow the instructions. Alternatively, Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Please supply any relevant pictures about the item you would like to return. A member of our team will respond as quickly as possible with further instructions on how to return the item(s) from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package to the return address, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days--sooner with other payment methods).
